no pic here of you? why do technicians have to upload pics but you don't use one?
Technicians have to upload their pictures, because the clients have access to browse tech profiles when they are looking for a specific tech. If they would like to have the same tech come out that provided them service previously, and cannot remember the techs name, they will most likely remember what the tech looked like.
To answer your question, my clients know me very personally, and I do not take new clients. If my client needs me, they know how to get a hold of me, and they know what I look like.
